DESCRIPTION:Make Me a Sanctuary \nPerformance\nBeth Krensky\nUSA\, 1965 \n18:00 – 19:20 Procession by Beth Krensky (Performance) \n→ Route   \n→ Please arrive 10-15 minutes earlier as the performance starts exactly at 18:00.  \nStarting point: Salt Lake\nEnd Point: Municipal Gallery  \nBeth invites everybody to walk in silence to remember our previous\, past homes that we used to have. \nBeth is a gatherer of things—objects\, words\, and spirits—a connector of fragments to make us whole. Her performance revolves around traversing a path with an unknown route or destination. The work serves as both a ritual and a metaphor for movement\, evoking the presence of benevolent spirits and opening the portal of home. \nThe performance showcases a portable tent crafted from olive wood branches and domestic cloth\, collaboratively sewn together\, symbolizing the imperative to create spaces of compassion and safety for all.
